Antonio Ruiz-Gimenez is a Managing Member of the Adviser. For the purposes of Reg. Section 240.13d-3, the reporting persons herein may be deemed to beneficially own an aggregate of 300,000 Shares, or 4.25%, of the 7,051,084 Shares issued and outstanding as of November 14, 2022, as disclosed in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on November 14, 2022.
