Resignation of Jason Bonfigt as Chief Financial Officer

On January 5, 2024, Jason Bonfigt submitted to the Board of Directors of Sunworks, Inc. (the “Company”) his resignation from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective January 5, 2024. Mr. Bonfigt will be available to assist the Company as a consultant during a transition period.
