Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 2, 2024, NewHydrogen, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that in a recent podcast the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Steve Hill, spoke with Mr. David Pruner, Executive Director of TEX-E (Texas Entrepreneurial Exchange for Energy), a non-profit organization whose goal is to train the next generation of energy transition and climate tech entrepreneurs. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
