SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 18 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT On January 20, 2026, our Board of Directors and the holders of approximately 85.4% of our issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock as of such date executed written consents approving a one for ten (1-for-10) reverse split of our outstanding shares of Common Stock and the related amendment to the Company’s certificate of incorporation (the “Reverse Split”). On February 3, 2026, King Eagle (Tianjin) transfered 100% of the outstanding shares of Kun Yu (Hainan) to Beijing Paiyue Technology Co., LTD. Kun Yu (Hainan) is no longer a subsidiary. As of December 31, 2025, the Company evaluated and concluded that there are no subsequent events that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements, other than as disclosed above.
