PAYMENT OF CASH DIVIDEND

JE Cleantech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: JCSE), announced that on February 20, 2026 the cash dividend of US$0.44 per ordinary share previously approved by the Board of Directors on January 5, 2026 was transmitted to the Company’s transfer agent for payment to its shareholders of record as at the close of business on January 21, 2026. The Company has confirmed with the transfer agent on February 24, 2026 that the payment of the cash dividend to the shareholders of JCSE has been duly made.
