Notes 5 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 5 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 1, 2012, the Company increased its authorized capital from 75,000,000 common shares to 200,000,000 shares and effected a 92:1 forward split of its issued and outstanding common stock. Par value of $0.001 remains unchanged. On November 3, 2012, Vacation Home Swap's majority stockholder, redeemed 879,980,000 shares of 920,000,000 shares of common stock held by him, and Vacation Home Swap retired such 879,980,000 shares into its authorized common stock thereby reducing the total issued and outstanding shares of Vacation Home Swap to 69,920,000 shares. Vacation Home Swap is not holding such shares in treasury.
