Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 2, 2015, we acquired 100% of the outstanding equity of ShopVisible, LLC ("ShopVisible") for cash consideration of $19.2 million, plus up to $5.8 million additional consideration based upon a revenue earn-out provision over the next two years. ShopVisible delivers an advanced standalone order management solution and complete ecommerce platform that supports the complex business processes associated with both business to consumer and business to business order processing. The combination of ShopVisible’s foundational order management capability with Epicor's point of sale ("POS"), mobile POS, omni-channel Enterprise Selling, Merchandising and Warehouse Management solutions is expected to create an integrated end-to-end cloud-based solution for omni-channel retailers. Additionally, the purchase agreement included a clause to account for estimates that were made at the time of closing. ShopVisible will be reported within our Retail Solutions segment. We will be recording the acquisition of ShopVisible in the second quarter of fiscal 2015.
