The shares of preferred stock authorized have not been designated at this time. As of March 31, 2020, there were no shares issued or outstanding. *Common Stock* On November 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized 65,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001. Each outstanding share of common stock entitles the holder to one vote per share on all matters submitted to a stockholder vote. All shares of common stock are non-assessable and non-cumulative, with no pre-emptive rights. As of March 31, 2020, there were 5,000,000 shares issued and outstanding.
