Departure of Directors and Principal Officers

On March 1, 2013, Mr. David Gibson resigned as Vice President of Exploration and a director of Coastal Pacific Mining Corp. (the “Company”).

Mr. Gibson did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
