Class A (the “Issuer”) and therefore amends and supplements Amendment No. 1 dated February 13, 2018 which amends and supplements the statement on the original Schedule 13G filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on February 14, 2017 with respect to Common Stock Class A (“Common Stock”) of Dundee Corporation , (the “Issuer”).
