Explanatory Note

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated September 22, 2025, which was filed on September 24, 2025 and assigned SEC Accession No. 0001539497-25-002484 (the “Subject 8-K”). The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to, and file an executed version of, the agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Subject 8-K. No other changes are being made to the Subject 8-K.

Accordingly, Exhibit 4.1 of the Subject 8-K, which contained the pooling and servicing agreement, dated and effective as of October 1, 2025, among Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as master servicer, Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC, as special servicer, Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as certificate administrator and as trustee, and Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer (the “WFCM 2025-5C6 PSA”), is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the corrected and executed version of the WFCM 2025-5C6 PSA PSA attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
