Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 17, 2020, Gianfranco “John” Bentivoglio, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SKYE Life Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”) was removed by a vote of the Board as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.

The Company’s news release relating to Mr. Bentivoglio’s removal is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
