Item 8.01

Other Events.

On January 21, 2020, SKYE Life Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”) effected a reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”), subject to regulatory approval, of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock, par value of $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a ratio of 9 to 1. The Reverse Stock Split is in line with the Company’s previous disclosures about its business strategy, and shareholder approval for the Reverse Stock Split was not required under the Company’s Articles of Incorporation and Canadian law.
