CONVERTIBLE NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 7. CONVERTIBLE NOTES PAYABLE Effective February 27, 2013, the company entered into a secured promissory note in an aggregate principal amount of $100,000 pursuant to the terms of a subscription. The Note bears interest at an annual rate of 10%, which is to be paid with principal in full on the maturity date of February 27, 2015. The principal amount of the Note together with interest may be converted into shares of our common stock, at the option of the holder, at a conversion price of $0.25 per share.
