On February 27, 2019, InfraREIT, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release for the same period is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 2.02 and in the attached exhibit is deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
