EXPLANATORY NOTE

This amendment relates to the Form 10-D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2022 for the Collection Period from January 1, 2022 to January 31, 2022. The form was filed with the exhibit 102 and exhibit 103 hyperlinks for the Honda Auto Receivables 2019-3 Owner Trust. This amendment attaches the correct hyperlinks for the January 2022 collection period. This Form 10-D/A does not update any other disclosures to reflect developments since the initial filing and no other amendments were made.

Distribution and pool performance information with respect to the receivables that comprise the assets of the Honda Auto Receivables 2018-4 Owner Trust is set forth in the Servicer’s Certificate and Monthly Servicer Report for the February 15, 2022 distribution date, attached as Exhibit 99.1.

The securitizer reports that, with respect to the receivables that comprise the assets of the Honda Auto Receivables 2018-4 Owner Trust, there is no activity to report as no receivables were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of a representation and warranty for the distribution period January 1, 2022 through January 31, 2022. The securitizer filed its most recent Form ABS-15G on January 28, 2022. The CIK number of the securitizer is 0000864270.
