ITEM 1. SECURITY AND ISSUER.

The security upon which this report is based is the common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of Go Public, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business located at 405 Mason Ct. Unit 215 Fort Collins, CO 80524.

ITEM 2. IDENTITY AND BACKGROUND.

The name of the person filing this statement is Andre DiFelice , hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Reporting Person.” Mr. DiFelice’s principal office is 405 Mason Ct. Unit 215 Fort Collins, CO 80524.

During the past ten years, the Reporting Person has not been convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar misdemeanors). In addition, the Reporting Person has not been a party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent jurisdiction during the last ten years which would make it subject to a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violations with respect to such laws.

ITEM 3. SOURCE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION.

On October 9, 2013, the Reporting Person, and Thomas DeNunzio entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which Reporting person purchased 20,000,000 shares of our common stock from Thomas DeNunzio, representing 100% of our issued and outstanding shares in exchange for the amount of $25,000.

ITEM 4. PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION.

The purpose of the transaction was for a change in control of the Issuer, based on a private sale of 20,000,000 shares of common stock held by Thomas DeNunzio to Andre DiFelice. The transaction closed on October 9, 2013.

ITEM 5. INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER.

Andre DiFelice beneficially owns 20,000,000 shares of the Issuers Common Stock.
