On May 7, 2020, Vivint Smart Home, Inc. (“Vivint Smart Home”), the parent of APX Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the results of Vivint Smart Home's and the Company's operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.
