SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On October 1, 2014 the Company entered into a promissory note with an outside source to obtain $10,000 for a term of 2 years at 6% annual interest. The interest and principal are due in lump sum the sooner of (1) ninety days from written demand by Holder or (2) two years from the date of the note. In accordance with ASC 855, management evaluated all activity of the Company through the issue date of the financial statements and concluded that no other subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
