The record date for distributions described in Exhibit 99.1 was April 7, 2020.

No assets securitized by AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. (the “Securitizer”) and held by AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2016-2 were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties during the distribution period from March 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020.

The Securitizer (CIK # 0001002761) filed Form ABS-15G on February 3, 2020.

This Form 10-D/A is an amendment to replace the Exhibit 99.1 that was originally attached to the Form 10-D filed on April 10, 2020. The Exhibit 99.1 that was originally attached incorrectly reflected the February, 2020 reporting month and is now being replaced with the March, 2020 reporting month.
