Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 4, 2026, Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on December 28, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
