Item 1. Distribution and Pool Performance Information.

On February 18, 2021, a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by CFCRE Commercial Mortgage Trust 2011-C2.

The distribution report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 10-D.

No assets securitized by CCRE Commercial Mortgage Securities, L.P. (the “Securitizer”) and held by CFCRE Commercial Mortgage Trust 2011-C2 were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties during the monthly distribution period from January 16, 2021 to February 18, 2021.

The Securitizer most recently filed a Form ABS-15G under Rule 15Ga-1" under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on February 16, 2021. The CIK number of the Securitizer is 0001515166.

Item 6. Significant Obligors of Pool Assets.

The property securing the RiverTown Crossings Mall mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB and as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement for CFCRE Commercial Mortgage Trust 2011-C2. In addition, the property securing the Plaza Mexico mortgage loan previously constituted a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB and as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement for CFCRE Commercial Mortgage Trust 2011-C2. The Plaza Mexico mortgage loan was repaid in full on July 11, 2016 and consequently is no longer an asset of the trust, and the related property is no longer considered a significant obligor with respect to the trust.

With respect to the property securing the RiverTown Crossings Mall mortgage loan, the most recent unaudited net operating income for the period January 01, 2020 through September 30, 2020 was $12,683,413.
