The Reporting Persons initially reported their beneficial ownership of the Issuer on a Schedule 13G filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") on July 31, 2017 and subsequently reported their beneficial ownership on a Schedule 13D filed with the Commission on September 20, 2019 (the "Schedule 13D").
