Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 25, 2023, B2Digital, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release which announced that the Company has signed a multi-year agreement to add international distribution through the StayLIVE Platform, which currently distributes content to more than 120 International distribution points in Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Asia.
