Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 7, 2023, B2Digital, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release which announced that it has officially kicked off the 2023 B2 Fighting Series with a record-setting performance at B2FS 178, which took place this past Saturday, February 4, at the Paroquet Springs Conference Center in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
