Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 30, 2025, GMTech Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of a new generation of Web3 native smart terminal phones developed by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenggang Excellence Limited. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
