Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On and effective April 15, 2019, Mr. David Winduss resigned as Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Flagship Global Corporation, (the “Company”). Mr. Winduss’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices (financial or otherwise).
