Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On August 13, 2018, Fraud Protection Network, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
