ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective March 13, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Avvaa World Health Care Products, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the Company”) appointed Dr. Li Zang a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Zang role is, but not limited to, the selection, and establishment, of the board/officers and the procurement of funding.
