RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 8 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the Three months end March 31, 2023 and 2022, the Company’s CEO had advanced $5,209 and $10,000 respectively of personal funds. As of December 31, 2022 and 2021 the Company owed the CEO $141,112 and $128,403 respectively.

NOTE 8 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
