Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) has relocated the corporate headquarters of the Company and its subsidiaries, including Now Solutions, Inc. and Ploinks, Inc., to 2100 N. Greenville Ave, Suite 201, Richardson, TX 75082.
