ITEM 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

The Board of Directors of Yuengling’s Ice Cream Corporation (the “Company”) approved on September 9, 2024, a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from January 31st to December 31st of each year.
