This amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Yuengling’s Ice Cream Corp. on May 21, 2025, is being filed solely to include a letter received from the Company’s former independent registered public accounting firm, Fruci & Associates, as required by Item 304(a)(3) of Regulation S-K.
