~~Disclosure~~The ~~from~~Northridge ~~Wells~~Fashion ~~Fargo~~Center ~~Bank~~Mortgage Loan, ~~National~~which ~~Association,~~represented 10% or more of the pool assets held by the issuing entity as ~~certificate~~of ~~administrator~~its cut-off date, ~~custodian~~is ~~and/or~~no ~~trustee:~~longer a pool asset.

InThe ~~December~~Town ~~2014,~~Center ~~Phoenix~~at ~~Light~~Cobb SFmortgage ~~Limited (Phoenix~~loan ~~Light)~~constitutes ~~and certain related entities filed~~ a ~~complaint in the United~~ ~~States~~significant ~~District~~obligor ~~Court~~within ~~for~~ the ~~Southern~~meaning ~~District~~ of ~~New~~Item ~~York~~1101(k)(2) ~~alleging~~of ~~claims against~~Regulation ~~Wells~~AB ~~Fargo Bank, N.A., in its capacity~~ as ~~trustee for a number of~~ ~~residential~~disclosed ~~mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) trusts. Complaints raising similar allegations have been filed by Commerzbank AG~~ in the ~~Southern~~Prospectus ~~District of~~Supplement ~~New~~filed ~~York~~with ~~and by IKB International and IKB Deutsche Industriebank in New York state court. In July 2022,~~ the ~~district~~most ~~court~~recent ~~dismissed~~unaudited ~~Phoenix Light’s~~net ~~claims~~operating ~~and~~income ~~certain~~ of the ~~claims~~significant ~~asserted~~obligor bywas ~~Commerzbank AG~~$10, ~~and subsequently entered judgment in each case in favor of Wells Fargo Bank~~087, N460.A.00 ~~In August 2022, Phoenix Light and Commerzbank AG appealed the district court’s decision to the United States Court of Appeals~~ for the ~~Second Circuit. The~~period ~~Company~~from ~~previously~~January ~~settled two class actions filed by institutional investors and an action filed by the National Credit Union Administration with similar allegations. In addition~~1, ~~Park~~2022 ~~Royal~~to ISeptember ~~LLC and Park Royal II LLC have filed substantially similar lawsuits in New York state court alleging Wells Fargo Bank~~30, N2022.~~A., as trustee, failed to take appropriate actions upon learning of defective mortgage loan documentation.~~
