Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on January 31, 2024 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-24-001278) (the "Original 10-D"). The purpose of this amendment is to revise certain information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D relating to amounts payable to the Certificate holders based on updated information from the Master Servicer and is being filed for administrative convenience to ensure the beginning and ending balances of each Class of Certificates and the allocations of principal and interest reflect amounts ultimately distributed to investors.

Item 1. Distribution and Pool Performance Information.

On January 18, 2024 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2013-C18.

The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.

(the "Depositor") and held by WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2013-C18 were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties contained in the underlying transaction documents during the monthly distribution period from December 16, 2023 to January 18, 2024.

The Depositor filed its most recent Form ABS-15G in accordance with Rule 15Ga-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (a "Rule 15Ga-1 Form ABS-15G") on November 9, 2023. The CIK number for the Depositor is 0000850779.

The Garden State Plaza mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the most recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $64,724,902.04 for the period from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

The Americas Mart mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the most recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $77,117,068.94 for the period from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan was paid in full as of November 16, 2020, and is no longer an asset of the trust.
