Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on March 2, 2026 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-26-003059) (the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D (the “Monthly Distribution Report”) to update the ending cumulative balance of the “Non-Recoverable Advances (NRA) from Principal” reflected on page 7 of the Monthly Distribution Report to $0. The updated information does not change the amount distributed to any Class of Certificates.

On February 18, 2026 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2018-C14.

The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.
