EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Form 10-D/A and the attached Exhibit 99.2 amend the Form 10-D and Exhibit 99.2 attached thereto filed by the issuing entity with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2025. This Form 10-D/A corrects the information within Exhibit 99.2 for the January 2025 Collection Period due to a technical error with the originally-filed exhibit. No changes have been made to the other portions of the Report or the exhibits filed therewith, including those incorporated therein by reference to the Form ABS-EE filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2025.
