Full-archive search is coming soon.

Keywords & exact phrases

Search a topic across disclosures. Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together.

Boolean queries

Combine terms with AND, OR, NOT and parentheses to make the question more precise.

Company, form & date

Look across companies or select one. Narrow to annual reports, quarterly reports, current reports and other forms.

Relevance or newest first

Start with the most relevant filings, or review the most recent disclosures. Dates refer to the filing date.

Counts & result pages

See how many indexed filings match. Sorting and paging through the same search do not use another credit.

Source access

Open a filing summary, then read its documents. Signed-in filing reading is free on every plan.

Coverage & limits

The launch target is the full Earnings Feed filing archive. Search operates on indexed filing text. It does not search transcripts or provide AI answers. A matching filing does not mean that every attachment has been indexed. Live feed coverage and full-text search coverage are different.

Previews show the start of a document. They may not show the matching passage. Open the filing to verify the source.

A completed search, including one with no matches, uses one credit. Errors do not. Repeating, sorting or paging through the same query and filters in the same allowance period is free. Changing the query or filters is a new search. If a search completes after you leave the page, it can still use a credit.

All plans have a limit of 20 requests per minute and one search at a time. Guest traffic also has a shared limit of 60 requests per minute per network. Queries support up to 4,096 bytes, 64 clauses and 16 nesting levels. Wildcards, fuzzy matching and proximity queries are not supported. Up to 10,000 matching filings can be paged through; use filters for larger result sets.

These are web search allowances. API and MCP monthly limits are separate. Full-text search is not yet offered through the public API or MCP.
