Terms and conditions for using Earnings Feed’s platform, APIs, and services.

By accessing or using Earnings Feed, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of earningsfeed.com, the authenticated dashboard, APIs, alerts, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.

Description of service

Earnings Feed provides real-time access to SEC filings, structured financial data, alerts, and research tools. We aggregate public market data and deliver it through a web interface, API endpoints, and notification channels.

Account registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Accounts are for individual or organizational use only—reselling or sharing access is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and professionally. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to disrupt, overwhelm, or exploit the Service infrastructure.
  • Accessing data or features you are not authorized to view.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or automating requests beyond documented API limits.
  • Using the Service to violate securities laws, insider trading rules, or other regulations.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when using the Service.

Data and intellectual property

  • Public data. SEC filings and market data provided through the Service remain subject to their original terms and regulations.
  • Our platform. The Service interface, APIs, documentation, and proprietary analysis tools are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Your content. You retain ownership of queries, tags, and other content you create. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll provide advance notice when possible).
  • Emergency updates or security patches.
  • Infrastructure issues beyond our control.
  • Compliance with legal requirements.

Subscription and payment

  • Free tier. Basic access to the live feed and public filings is provided at no cost.
  • Paid plans. Premium features, increased API limits, and advanced alerts require a subscription.
  • Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Changes. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Termination

  • By you. Cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks.
  • Effect. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Data will be accurate, complete, or timely.
  • The Service meets your specific requirements.

EARNINGS FEED IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. CONSULT PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNINGS FEED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Trading losses or investment decisions based on the Service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earnings Feed from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of the Service or data provided.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Earnings Feed operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
