- [F1]On July 6, 2007, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 250,000 shares of common stock scheduled to vest in installments of 20% per year based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the 2007 through 2011 fiscal years. The performance criteria for each such fiscal year was met, resulting in in the vesting of the option as to 50,000 shares relating to each such year.
