- [F1]The Issuer recently found an adminstrative error that resulted in an overstatement of shares acquired pursuant to an employee benefit plan. The Reporting Person's March 2, 2007 Form 4 reported the acquisition of 1,829.1441 shares at $20.2895. The correct amount should have been 1,261.9838 shares, a difference of 567.1603 shares. On April 13, 2007, the Reporting Person's Form 4 reported the acquisition of 116.3090 shares at $19.618 representing dividend equivalents earned on benefit plan accounts. The earlier overstatement of the Reporting Person's account resulted in a corresponding overstatement of the dividend shares. The correct amount should have been 111.3946 shares, a difference of 4.9144. Accordingly, the Reporting Person's holdings have been reduced by 572.0747 shares to correct the March 2, 2007 and April 13, 2007 errors.
