On April 15, 2025, Matthews International Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the clearance of all remaining foreign anti-trust and competition authority regulatory requirements in connection with the Company’s proposed sale of its interest in SGK Brand Solutions. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
