However, pursuant to the terms of Entergy's equity ownership plan (the "Plan), the number of shares to be withheld for taxes is based on the "Fair Market Value" of Entergy's common stock, which under the terms of the Plan, could not be determined until the close of business on the next succeeding New York Stock Exchange trading day of January 29, 2018.
