On September 13, 2021, Ohio Power Company (the “Company”) issued debt securities pursuant to an Underwriting Agreement with BofA Securities, Inc., CIBC World Markets Corp., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Truist Securities, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $600,000,000 of its 2.90% Senior Notes Series R, due 2051 (the “Notes”).
