Item 8.01 Other Events

On November 21, 2025, Tyson Foods, Inc. announced network changes at its Lexington, Nebraska and Amarillo, Texas beef facilities. The company will end operations at its Lexington, Nebraska beef facility and convert its Amarillo, Texas beef facility to a single, full-capacity shift
