On February 10, 2026, United Fire Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. On February 9, 2026, the Board of Directors of UFG declared a $0.20 per share quarterly cash dividend, which will be payable March 10, 2026, to common stock shareholders of record as of February 24, 2026.
