Cash Dividend Declaration

On August 12, 2025, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on September 25, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2025. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
