Item 8.01 Other Events—Announcing Increase in Cash Dividend provided under Items 7.01 and 8.01 of Form 8-K

On July 22, 2025, the Board of Directors of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.53 per share beginning with the October 1, 2025 payment to shareholders of record on September 15, 2025. This represents an increase of 12.8% in the quarterly cash dividend.
