On August 7, 2025, Union Bankshares, Inc (the "Company") distributed its Second Quarter 2025 unaudited Report to Shareholders (the "Quarterly Report") presenting information concerning the Company's results of operations and financial condition for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and declaration of a regular quarterly dividend.
