On May 22, 2015, New Western Energy Corporation (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing the cancellation of its February 19, 2015 Securities Purchase Agreement with Fodere Titanium Limited and the execution on May 15, 2015 by both parties of a Cancellation of Agreement and Mutual Releases.
